In February of 1961, the Soviet Union launched their first flyby probe to Venus, Venera 1, in an attempt to learn more about the second planet from the Sun. Although the probe did not result in much scientific gain, the mission was commemorated in this postcard, redrawn by me.
Postcard comes in two sizes, printed on thick glossy paper.
