I get a lot of questions about how things get shipped out, so here's some answers to frequently asked questions!

When will my order ship out?

• Since I am just one person doing this in my spare time, shipping only happens a few times a month. Depending on when you order, it could be tomorrow or a couple of weeks. I work full time, and this is just a side project, so I hope you can understand I am not always able to work on the store.

Why do I get some items separately?

• There are some items I ship myself, and some that are produced/shipped by Fourthwall, the shop hosting service. Typically, the stickers, posters/art prints, patches, and pins are all shipped by me, subject to when I have the time (see above). The apparel, like the shirts and hoodies, and the mugs, are all shipped by Fourthwall as a print on demand service, and have varying shipping times that they determine.

I live outside the United States. What can I get?

• Anybody living outside the U.S. still has access to some of my products. Anything Fourthwall makes can go international. The stickers and patches can go international, as they can fit in a standard envelope with a USPS international stamp. The posters/art prints and the pins cannot go international, as shipping charges are far too high.

I live outside the U.S., but I want to get a poster/art print/pin. How can I get this?

• If you are set on getting one of these outside the U.S., and are willing to pay the shipping fees (minimum is usually $25+), you can email me at saoirsespacethey@gmail.com to ask about a special order.

How is the cost of shipping determined?

• For anything fulfilled by Fourthwall, the shipping costs are automatically calculated by approximate weight and distance. For anything shipped by me, there is a flat fee based on the price of USPS ground shipping from my location to yours. I set it to be about the average I tend to see when I'm creating the labels, so sometimes the postage is maybe a quarter higher or lower. For posters that go in large, long boxes, the flat fee remains, but the posters are priced to accommodate a higher shipping cost. For international shipments fulfilled by me, the price is a flat rate that includes the cost of the stamp and shipping supplies.
